I wholeheartedly believe in human resilience. I believe that people have remarkable ways of surviving, even in the worst of circumstances. And I believe that there is a path beyond surviving toward growth and healing - albeit not an easy path.

I am, myself, ever moving forward on that road toward deeper healing and wholeness. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I am also a companion for the rough patches.
